Our TAM family is driven and united by our mission and passion for our students. 

Staff-led: Built on a flat hierarchy, TAM is proud of our staff-led, democratic community and empowering culture. Each member participates in the democratic process via committees. Every voice is honored and considered in the decision-making process that influences the success of our school. 

Healing-Centered: Each member works as a team to make every person at TAM feel valued, welcomed, and physically, psychologically, and emotionally safe. TAM builds staff connections through staff trips, team-building, and restorative justice.
